We work with you to create a daily practice that allows you to have more options of how to respond to the demands, challenges and opportunities life presents as part of our human experience.

Our individualised sessions can combine or focus on your movement and/or mind goals. The initial session will include information gathering and be an opportunity to get to know each other. 
1:1 Movement Session
Depending on your individual needs a movement session can include:
  • Creating a daily movement practice

  • Increase your movement options and Body Awareness
  • Improve Fitness through Movement 
  • "Niggle" (movement related pains) management through improved movement
